So you probably need some tax or accounting help.

Well, let me help you! Here are some fun facts about me:

  1. I’m an enrolled agent (EA) which is a Federal designation given to people who have passed a three-part exam which allows me to represent taxpayers before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collections issues.

  2. I’m a National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) Fellow which means that I’ve gone above and beyond the normal training requirements of tax professionals to ensure that I’m always getting you the best results on your taxes.

  3. I’m a United States Tax Court Practioner (USTCP) which means that I have taken and passed the US Tax Court Bar Exam and been admitted to their Bar, which shows a deep understanding of Federal tax law and court procedure. Fewer than 300 people have this designation.

  4. I work almost exclusively with creative professionals (actors, writers, directors, influencers, and more). I currently have a roster of around 450 clients (including their businesses).

  5. I’m currently a board member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA).

My current rates for services are listed below. I do my best to make sure that you know how much you’re paying before you sign the engagement letter. (Also, I provide discounts on tax preparation if you sign up earlier in the year)

  • $550 for individual tax returns (per year)**

  • $850 for partnership/corporate returns (per year)**

  • $250 per month for self-employed bookkeeping (including payroll), additional charges apply after 50 transactions per month or for running payroll for contractors or employees

For my other services, it’s a bit harder to price so we’d want to check-in first so we can discuss scope. Some of these things include:

  • Audit or Appeals Representation

  • US Tax Court Representation (Filing a Petition, Motions and Pre-Trial Preparation, and Trial Litigation)

  • Tax Collection and Debt Resolution (Liens and Levies, Payment Plans, and Offers in Compromise)

  • Tax Planning and Estimated Tax Calculations

  • Catch-Up Bookkeeping or Bookkeeping Clean-Up

  • Corporate and LLC Formation (from a tax planning perspective)

  • Tax Consultations and Statements of Professional Opinions

**Additional fees can sometimes apply when filing in states other than California, New York, Georgia, and Illinois
